Redevelopment of the center of Bulle – Feedback on the public information session

Last week, the Bulle town council unveiled the new face of the town center to a packed audience. Resulting from a parallel study mandate (MEP) process, the winning project by the offices of Urbanité(s) and Gygax & Christe proposes a calmer, more convivial city center. As part of the MEP process, Enoki presented the results of the participatory approach initiated in April 2023. This included several key actions:

  • A survey of 1,851 downtown users.
  • A stratified draw to define a representative group of 20 users, from among 471 volunteers.
  • Three consultative workshops bringing together the representative group and the mandate teams, to discuss the proposals and formulate recommendations.
  • An exhibition and public presentation giving the public the opportunity to find out more about the project, ask questions and take part in discussions.
