On October 23, the enoki team had the opportunity to visit the Codha Pra Roman, in the heights of Lausanne.
A wonderful discovery, rich in lessons in several key areas:
👉 Management of common areas (including 2 common rooms, 1,800 m2 of communal vegetable gardens, 2 guest rooms, bike and DIY workshops),
👉 Shared governance in a neighborhood of 88 housing units,
👉 Neighborhood dynamics that encourage community projects and shared services.
The visit was both inspiring and instructive, and enabled enoki to identify a number of avenues for continuing to develop innovative and ambitious projects to promote sustainability in real estate.
