How can we encourage the emergence of neighborhood projects and foster social ties?In the Mosaïques district, we organized two participatory workshops in November to :
- develop ideas and collect the needs and wishes of local residents,
- define priority joint projects,
- create motivated groups to carry out projects with our support.
Following these meetings, a group of residents set themselves the goal of organizing events to bring neighbors together and promote the common good and sharing.
Some key results:
- 32 participants aged 25 to over 80
- 62 ideas, needs and projects involving encounters, sharing, health, mutual aid, biodiversity and food.
- the desire to create a neighborhood association
- interesting exchanges and links forged between residents
- residents curious and happy to collaborate
Next steps for neighborhood activation: supporting and assisting residents in realizing their projects.
