How do you get organized?
How do you build up a cash flow to support neighborhood activities and projects?
These are the questions posed by residents of the Mosaïques neighborhood following the two participatory workshops we held in November 2023.
The idea of forming a neighborhood association quickly emerged!
So we accompanied them-es in the realization of this project and organized with them the launch of theAssociation des habitant– du quartier Les Mosaïques ! Our tools, support (administrative and communications), advice and presence all contributed to the success of the project:
- 32 people attended the Annual General Meeting,
- 19% of member households from day 1,
- 8 residents– joined the committee with equal numbers of men and women
The next steps in activating the neighborhood include supporting and guiding the committee in its activities, as well as setting up services to meet residents’ needs.
