Le Temps echoes the webcast organized by Wüest Partner on the central role played by social sustainability in real estate: against a backdrop of housing shortages in Switzerland, where affordability and quality of life are becoming crucial issues, this development marks a genuine paradigm shift, paving the way for neighborhoods to be designed not just as high-performance buildings, but as living spaces that promote collective well-being!
Through this webcast, enoki shared its experience and work in favor of neighborhoods and buildings with a positive social impact. Three examples of interventions for ecological and social sustainability in neighborhoods in French-speaking Switzerland were highlighted, from Geneva to La Chaux-de-Fonds and Palézieux.
