Within the framework of a renovation project for 6 rental buildings, Enoki developed a neighbourhood activation process to involve the tenants in improving the sustainability of the neighbourhood.

Based on a diagnosis of the sustainability of the neighbourhood and a survey of its residents, the proposed activation scenarios fed into the renovation project by programming new shared spaces and outdoor facilities to promote the living together and conviviality.

In order for the tenants to be involved in the project, a participatory approach was proposed to accompany the renovation project. This will enable a dialogue to be established between the real estate agency, the owner, the designer and the tenants, while at the same time encouraging the development of neighbourhood activities and services that meet the needs of the residents.
