At the start of this year, two members of our team, Baptiste Gex and Loic Simon, obtained their SEED integrator qualifications.
We are now in a position to support the certification of sustainable neighborhoods from the design and planning stages right through to operation.
SEED certification ?
This certification, developed by the Swiss Association for Sustainable Neighborhoods, aims to reinvent housing by designing sustainable neighborhoods based on respect for the environment and the well-being of residents.
The certification is based on 6 founding principles:
- Attractive quality of life
- Shared governance
- Sustainable transport
- An unspoilt climate
- Circular economy
- Enhanced culture
Certification is awarded to neighborhoods that comply with its 6 principles, thanks to 30 performance objectives and 60 measured indicators.
