Located on the shores of Lake Neuchâtel, Les Mosaïques is an intergenerational community of 95 apartments, including 31 with supervision, in low-rise buildings (ground floor+1). It is Minergie and LEA certified, with geothermal central heating and an RCP. Tenants moved into their apartments on October 1, 2023, all of which were taken up in just 4 months.

From the outset of the project, the developer wanted to promote conviviality, intergenerationality and responsible lifestyles. As a result, Enoki has been involved in defining the initial concepts right from the preliminary design stage, and is currently implementing the neighborhood activation phase.
