In the heart of Geneva’s Jonction district, 3 ageing buildings have been demolished to build a new neighbourhood of 3 buildings containing 108 housing, half of which are rent-controlled, as well as clusters and shops. Delivery is scheduled for spring 2024.

As well as meeting THPE and Minergie-P-Eco criteria, the owner is also keen to promote the social dimension by promoting the creation of links, cohabitation and changing lifestyles. To meet this goals, various common spaces have been created. In this context, Enoki was ask to provide an overall neighbourhood activation process.
