On your first visit

Contact form

Via the contact form, we collect general inquiries as well as requests for quotations, which are then entered into our Pipedrive CRM.

Newsletter

Newsletter registration is a double opt-in procedure. After registering on the site, you will receive an e-mail asking you to confirm your registration. This confirmation is necessary in order to ensure that you are the person who requested the subscription. This procedure is recorded in order to justify the registration process.

We record :

• authorization to send newsletters
• sending the confirmation e-mail
• receipt of reply e-mail

When the newsletter is opened, a connection is established with the server through the integration of a graphic. Technical information such as browser version, system version, IP address and time of consultation are collected. This makes it possible to find out if and when the newsletter is opened, or which link(s) a person clicks on. From a purely technical point of view, this information could be linked to a specific recipient. However, we have no interest in monitoring any particular individual. We use this information anonymously to identify reading habits in order to improve our newsletter.

The information gathered by Piwik PRO is stored in the EU cloud, a network of virtual and physical servers that can be accessed remotely.

How long do we store your data?

The data we collect is automatically deleted after 14 months.

How can I deactivate tracking and data collection?

Piwi PRO

You can deactivate tracking and data collection at any time by activating your browser’s “do not track” function.

How can you delete any data that may have been collected about you?

Newsletter

You can cancel your newsletter subscription at any time. You will find a link to this effect at the bottom of each newsletter. Personal data relating to the newsletter subscription will be deleted after cancellation.
