These buildings, managed by Edouard BRUN &amp; Cie S.A., include rent-controlled housing, clusters, shops and a range of common spaces designed to encourage interaction and community life. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #455659; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Our mission?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li><span style=\"color: #455659; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Co-build participative governance for the management of common spaces with residents to bring these spaces to life. \ud83d\udcdd<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #455659; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Encourage future residents to get involved and define the uses of the premises. \ud83e\udd1d<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #455659; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Creating a sustainable social dynamic based on sharing, mutual aid and pooling. \ud83c\udf31   <\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #455659; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;\">For the past year, we have been working to prepare the activation of this district by defining :<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"list-style-type: circle;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #455659; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Possible uses and functions of common areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #455659; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;\">A collaborative governance model.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #455659; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;\">A concrete action plan to bring these spaces to life.  <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #455659; font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>On October 12, this new dynamic was launched with a welcome aperitif.<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event marked the first convivial gathering between the residents.
